Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (including templates, downloadable files, and digital content), all sales are final. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided.
Physical Products
For physical items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
